Tropical Agrosystem is committed to the wellbeing of the agricultural community of India. We undertake several corporate social responsibility activities that enrich the life of farmers in a holistic manner. This includes screening movies to educate them in identifying the right usage of biological manures and crop protection methods. The movies have been screened across different locations of the country and in many languages. We continue to strengthen our bonds with Indian farmers with initiatives such as Jai Kisaan Sang - our Customer Relationship Program.

As a part of the Jhaver group of companies, we have institutionalised means through which we undertake CSR. Some of them are listed below.

• “PARAMPARA” (tradition) - a Social Organization run by the Jhaver Family providing education, and promoting Indian art and culture by giving training to deserving poor children.
• “ Dayasadan” - A Old Age Home (A home for elderly people) is also looked after by the Jhaver Group.
• Employment of Handicapped
• Scholarships to deserving students in Colleges and Schools
• “Jhaver Trophy” -Promotes Sports through its annual mega event, a Cricket match played by 40 teams
